I'm not familiar with the terminology. I also don't have any manuals. I can make a five pin connection like the one going to the volume control. Can you help me find the 10k log control and the wiper. Don't be to hard on me for my ignorance.

Rob, I tried the link and it said they no longer exist. I unplugged the mute switch and the sound went away. When plugged in the sound stay the same in all three modes -on-serv.- and off. It also increases in volume with and increase in the volume control on the back of the box.
