Grease Recommendations

What types of grease do you guys use? Ron wants me to use "CRC/StayLube Moly Coat graphite grease". I cannot find it anywhere. Is there something suitable that you have found to work well? Thanks

Re: Stylus Pressure Spring

Thanks folks,
The stylus tip is still there and I purchased an exact replacement. Here are 2 photos.

Re: Stylus Pressure Spring

Tony,
The record player worked (though noisy) before I replaced the needle. I got a replacement and now it skates.
Would a photo of the cartridge and the needle show if it's missing the pad? Probably my doing?
Thanks

Stylus Pressure Spring

Can someone post some photo examples of which spring on the back of a Philco turntable is the "Stylus Pressure Spring" and how to adjust it? I plan on purchasing the Shure SFG-2 to adjust and keep the needle from skating across the record.
Thanks, Joe

Re: Philco F1804

Tony, Thanks so much for all the info. I have no clue if it's a Webcor. I have been searching for a manual. My Parents had a Webcor when I was a kid. The record spindle had alot of problems and they couldn't get a replacement, and the part that held the 45's gave us a shock once in a while. Still lo...

Philco F1804

I am having trouble with my Philco F1804. I replaced the needle and the new one is skating off the record. Where can I make an adjustment? Also, I lubricated the phonograph and the platter still makes a grinding noise as it turns. The idler seems ok. If I turn the platter by hand there is a scraping...
