The place that it could possibly be is in the brass part that the lift rod goes through. The arm wont even flip back to adjust the screw that controls the stylus landing. I checked the lifting rod and it moves freely up and back and it will cycle and return and stop as it should but the arm will not fully descend? It sits on...

The plug I am talking about has two horizontal and one vertical blades on the other end of the nylon. It was meant to be plugged in a Magnavox receiver that had that input on the back. I just want to wire a normal ac cord to it.

Needing some help on how to re wire the power for this turntable. It has one of those three blade ends that went into a Magnavox receiver. Has anyone rewired one of these?
