Re: rockola model 1000

Hi Hildegard,
Mine is a 45 rpm 160 model , but has a farris wheel that would hold 100 record , but the extra 40 record slots have been blocked off with a piece of plastic so you can't put records in those slots. Is this a rare model? Many thanks for your help..........Jeff

Re: rockola model 1000

Hello,
I bought a rockola nostalgia 1000 and it has an x after the 1000 , so the model number reads 1000X ,does anyone know what the"X" stands for, I have never seen one like this before , they all say model 1000 without an "X". Thanks for your time......Jeff

Re: rockola model 1000

Hi Ron, Thanks for the info, I did try "Tom's Zone" , but there is no information on the production of the Rockola 1000. I did buy one and it has the wurlitzer crest at the top not the rockola so I am guessing it was one of the first ones that rockola made before they put there own crest o...
