Ok, thanks everyone. Got it hooked up correctly I believe as per the instructions. Seems to be putting out the expected volt range (27.4) (see pic). Nothing obvious is happening but I have no bulbs. Ok. Got the transformer and think I set it up correct (see pic). Transformer is taking power on primary side, and putting out power on secondary side. I attached one of the yellow to far left contact, and second to ground. Nothing happened. But then again I have no light bulbs. Hoping its still a go...

At the risk of humiliation, I didnt find a 25V AC adapter on Amazon, just 12 and 24. I assume when I find it it will be a wall plug and I cut the ends off and add the connectors I need?

What size bulbs are those little guys as well?
