so it turned out to in the reversing switch!! the little bakolite piece that tyes together the four knives on the switch was broke on one end so i replace it with one i had grom the mech i took out and now my c-burg r is up and running.
I am looking for a seaburg r reversing switch, really only need the bakilight piece that holds the knifes together on the bottoms when switching from side to side. let me know what you got
It just the stero pickering cartridge and needles are so much cheaper the ones made for mono r. I have the red head in now but would like it a little better. really Dont understand why someone has reproduced the adapter that seaburg made.
so it was the play control contacts, i cleaned and adjusted them so now it works, Still have an issue with the pin bank not canceling on the even numbers, could i have one of the wires wrong??? since the canceling unit was gone was missing when i recieved the mech i just hooked them where they seeme...
I you suppose i am looking for the 110volt circuit. in only the stepper side . mech is not getting voltage!!! I hot wired the mech and it works move freely. the amp tubes light up. so i am thining it only on the stepper side?? the wires are good going to the mech cause i put a meter to check continu...
No not turning at all it like there is no power there . I here a noise when i move the service switch to either way full right and full left. i checked all fuses they seem to all right
now i have now power to mech won't move with service switch either way work good yesterday!!! is there any thing to do with cancel switch on the pin bank?? Its the only thing i touched . I removed the pin bank to take off the cancel switch to make sure they where free then after that no song playing...
