Some new updates, I've been busy with other stuff, and frustrated with this,
So I waled away for awhile.
But when I came back, I had been plugged in ( but switched off ) and it worked..... Kind of
It sounds muffled, not very clear
Does this narrow my issues !!!!

I moved my 1956 Wurlitzer 2000 into another room for 2 weeks for carpet install. Upon putting it back ,only 30' away im not getting any sound from the speakers . I can hear faint music from the needle but that's it All my fuses appear to be good and tubes are all seated . We're should I look first T...

I was at an estate sale yesterday,flipping through a stack of 45's A lady's tops and says she will look through what I discard. We talik a bit about what we are gathering them for,,jukeboxes !!! She mentions that he father had a large jukebox that when played , A screen up top would play GOGO dancer...

Thanks for all the great information! I don't mind saying I'm $1500. Into it I actually got her working, just not In the correct orders ! Upon oiling as many parts as possible and fiddling with stuff She will pick a record and play it . Over and over and over !! I think the coin op unit is not worki...

OK so I recently attended an estate sale,they had a 1956 Wurlitzer MDL-2000 They wanted $3500. A sign on it said it worked. It does not seem to be hanging up on anything.
I removed the rack, and it did the same thing with no record.
grab , set ,spin reset,over and over.
I have a short video of this, but cannot get it to upload on site.

My new old record players

Hi all
first post , I now have 3 units I purchased,
the firs 2 I replaced the idler wheel , from VM enthusiast
and they play great !!
the 3rd I am just getting into, or trying ??
the turntable does not come off as the others ( spring clip )
and the arm on th esting House needs a cover ----anyone ???
