Re: can anyone identify this victrola tone arm bracket

can anyone identify this victrola tone arm bracket

I bought this VE8-12X victrola at a flea market about 25 years ago and it had this tone arm support bracket on it then. I was wondering if anyone else has ever seen one like it? it works perfectly, as if it was designed for this purpose, but I am wondering if it is an aftermarket bracket of the time...

Re: orthophonic sound box

Thanks Joe, I found these pictures earlier but they don't include the two spacer/races that the bearings sit in or the bearings. the spacer/races came out in my hand in pieces, I am just wondering what they look like undamaged. Thanks, thislilpig

rhishell consol phonograph

I need a picture of the automatic turn table brake assembly for a rhishell spring motor phonograph. I bought one with all the parts in a box and I need to see a picture of the assembly so I will know how to put it together, or know if I am missing some parts. I can't find a picture of the assembly a...

Re: VE8-12X victor electric orthophonic credenza

Hi, Thanks for the great imfo! I actually do have an orthophonic sound box for this machine, it is the brass model and only has 7 holes in the front cover instead of the 9 that the pot metal reproducers have. I keep this old silvertone sound box on the machine because it fits, and because sometimes ...
