nsm jukebox i would like to be able to talk to anyone who know about these juke boxes i have some question i would like to ask on what to do and how to fix it

i have a prestige es 160 juke box
and i am looking for some help i cant get the carrige to start from the resing postion but i can move it by hand all the way to the right and it will play the record s only on side 1 not side 2 i dont have the manual and i dont know anyone who works on them
