Alan, The pulleys look fine...I know there should be a capacitor across the motor, but the part has the writing that says 4.7K on the first line, followed by 100 . and the infinity symbol on the 2nd line. 4.7K seems more like a resistor designation than a cap.... I'm temped to put a resostat inline ...
