Re: Sears and Roebuck stereo/ phonograph question

The manual says:

Cartridge EV149A (Cat. No. 5823)
Part number 33-392-0

When I searched, I found this one but there is a waiting list: http://www.turntableneedles.com/Astatic-763d_p_629.html

With that being said, suggestions on where I can buy now? Thanks a bunch, Matt!

Re: Sears and Roebuck stereo/ phonograph question

Looks like an EV 150 with a missing yoke. Need a new cartridge now. Thanks, Matt! What is a missing yoke? Unfortunately, I snapped a piece off when I got it...you can see on the picture the broken piece. It is the little black arm piece that comes out of the silver part (end of the arm) on the top ...

I seem to have the same model. I am new to this...I have the player and a new needle but think I need a cartridge?! Can't tell how the needle would go in...
