Thanks guys for all your help. I managed to get this sorted (thanks, Harry!). In the end it was simple: the RH cog had slipped forward and the chain spigot was jamming against the carriage. When I moved it back... success!

Just got my first jukebox.. ever! Just a hit a problem though that I'd appreciate some help with. When I first started up the jukebox and made a selection the carriage slid to the right and now refuses to move. Where do I start with this???!
