rockola 490-1 supersound turntable problems

help me i am having problems with my rock ola. the whole unit works fine it plays and everything but when it goes to return the vinal it drops it onto the table again and loads the next one on top of is someone plz help!! it also has a problem with the 2 subwoofers at the bottom because neither of them work if someone could help that would be great!! :D :oops:

Is the arm gripping it fully after the song has played and then releasing it. Possible that lubrication is needed if the arm is not fully gripping it

Hate to sound like a grammar natzi, but they are called RECORDS, and WOOFERS (not "sub")

The "grip" on the record is spring loaded. It's a lube problem (or lack thereof). Check wiring on speakers.
