Magnavox astro sonic console (or something similar)

by vkintner » Mon Oct 25, 2010 1:21 am

Hi everyone,

I have a Magnavox Astro Sonic (although I am not sure what year/what model). Nevertheless, I love it...and my sister has come to love it as well. I am hoping to get her one for Christmas (or a similar sort of record layer/console). I live in the Greensboro, NC area, but she lives in Houston, TX (so something around there would be best). Anyone selling something she might like?

Thanks!

How are you doing, my name is Ray, I am a member of phonoland, it's been a few weeks since i since i've been on this web site. I noticed your ad, with no responses. I don't know if you looked at the for sale section, but i have an 1965 Magnavox Astro-Sonic Console for sale, I even had it on e-bay auctioning it. If your interested, check out Magnavox Astro Sonic Console, under rayvama, thier two postings, i'll sell it for $25.00. But first email me your sisters zip code, with her zip code i'll find out how UPS charges for delivery. When i listed it on e-day, I put the farthest zip that i knew, icost Approiamately
$160.00 to ship it to fort stewart,Ga. Actually, give me a call if youir interested, my number is 928-768-8262, my name is ray, or you can also e-mail at ray90032@live.com. I need to find out the exact weight on the stereo, then i give my Zip code, weight and lenght, width and height. Now this only if your interested.

Check out the Good Wills, Salvation Army, Thrift Stores. No telling what may come pouring in after the holidays when people upgrade and get rid of their old/vintage stuff. --BB
