RARE Antique 1890's Edison Class M Concert Phonograph

I understand, and I don't think I could get anywhere near that amount, though that would certainly be nice. Like I said, I'm also interested in phonographs and would like to learn more about this piece. Also, I don't know what it's worth in this type of condition, so I'm open to any offers if someone does happen to be interested in it. I don't know how much of a difference mine being unrestored and having the condition issues it has brings, along with how much of a plus of having the original chest is. I figured someone might be willing to share some knowledge with me I'm not aware of to help me get some clearer picture of exactly how rare this is etc.

In any case, thank you for replying so quickly. I don't want anyone to think I'm looking to get that much; I realize that model is restored and has the rarer Bertini reproducers, etc. I just know that those such as yourself on the forums will have more knowledge to draw on than myself. I buy and sell stuff and this is only the second cylinder phonograph I've bought, so my knowledge on the field is currently limited.

Anyway, if you have anything you can tell me that would be much appreciated! One question I have is whether this was more likely battery or electric powered if anyone would like to answer. I assume it's electric since the one on the listing was, but how would I tell for future reference?

Easy way to tell--look at the motor--wires=electric motor--no wires=crank !
