Chris, Just guessing here--What is the "line voltage" ? What is a 29/3000 rated at ? What is the AC voltage on the other side of the DC circuit? --See where I'm going? If the line AC is now higher, the AC for the rectifier is hgher, thus the DC out is going to be hgher. 33 Volts on a 28 VDC (unregulated) circut is within "safe" range, however, IMHO, 47 vdc, might just be high. I would not, however, think that the transformer would be failing. Also this is subject to the quality/type meter you are using. I don't think I'd wory about it, other then to be 100% SURE that ALL fuses were of the correct size and type. Ron Rich
