Recently I upgraded the forum software to the release version. I received a few complaints regarding login problems and changing email address problems prior the the upgrade. I hope these problems have been solved. Please let me know if you still experience trouble.

Instead of having me log in again after I timed out while making a long post, the software treated me as a guest, and told me I couldn't use my login name, because it was "already in use".

hi record-changer. I have checked the settings of the board but as far as I can see it times out only after 60 minutes (at least it should). Is it possible it was longer than 60 minutes? In any case, it should then offer you the possibility to login again. I'll check the homepage of phpbb to see if this is a known issue.

It was longer than 60 minutes. I had an interruption.

The problem was not that it timed out, but that it would not let me log back in.
