Rockola 459 - I need help !!!

Hi, I have a 459, and the right arm of the selector does not move when I select a record. If I bypass the system and 'select' a record manually it will move. Any ideas? Thanks

When you select a song, do the keys lock in and does the write in arm at the wobble plate start and move the selection pin into position, and if the pin is selected, does the read out arm on other side of wobble plate start.
If the machine has been not used in a while the slip rings on the wobble plate need to be cleaned, fuses checked, plug connections checked , keyboard leaf blades may need to be cleaned, also check write in relay, copper spring at wobble plate solenoid, if you could detail a bit more
