1958 motorola stereo amplifier

Hi Im looking for a copy of a schematic or a sams for a '58 or a '59 motorola stereo tube amplifier that uses 5u4,12ax7's and pushpull 6bq5 per channel. The one Im looking for is for the 2 channel type, not the 3 channel. The model number I have is stamped on the chassis is hs-696c date is 11-58 thank you.
