Wurlitzer 3800 Arm & Needle

Moved a Wurlitzer 3800 from Indy to Washington DC. Everything is working great except the needle keeps falling out of the arm. I do not see anything that it's supposed to snap in to. Is anyone familiar with the Wurlizter 3800? If no one is familiar with this jukebox, does anyone know a reputable repairman in the DC area?
