NSM Prestige 11 will not shift to B side

I have been servicing JBs for 30+ years but i try to stay away from NSM.I am servicing a homeowners JB and do not want to spend alot of time there.The NSM will not shift the tone arm to the B side position.What do ya think.

hi the problem could be a couple of things the shaft the tone arm sides on or the reverse cam inside the mech which trows the tone arm to A side orB side do you have a manual plus where do you live tom
