Help/advice needed for AMI Continental

I am having problems with my AMI Continental MK1. can anyone offer assistance. Machine played
fine for a while, but went back to an intermitant but worsening
problem of not rejecting records either by using the reject button at the back of the machine or the reject switch under the turntable. Eventually got
record to reject by switching machine on and off
several times. Took junction box with transfer motor
relay out (upper left of mechanism when facing the
cabinet)cleaned contacts and put back. Problem now is
that the transfer motor wont work to bring the record
out. I just hear a click when the selected pin is hit
at the back. I am wondering if the transfer motor needs to come apart and be cleaned etc.

Can anyone help please.
