Always Jukin

by TinkerV2 » Fri Oct 24, 2014 6:12 pm

I always try to support businesses listed in the sticky's. I've been having a problem with AlwaysJukin. The last order I had made wasn't sent, my credit card was charged. After waiting over 2 weeks I called Richard. He thought he'd sent it but couldn't find the tracking info and realized that he hadn't sent it. I figured he was just having a bad day. I made another order Oct 2nd. Again my credit card was charged but not order received. I've been leaving him messages for the past week, but he hasn't returned my calls. I can't imagine him not responding unless something is wrong. Does anyone know if he's OK? I'd hate to file a claim if he's been sick or worse, injured. Anyone know him personally and know what's up? TIA

Jack

Hi Jack,
I know he is in the "middle of a move", as he just purchased a new house--Did you try to phone him ?? This seems "way out of character", for him, to me --206-652-4005

Hi Ron,
Thanks for the reply. I too thought this was odd. I have left 2 phone messages with no reply. I'll try an e-mail and see if that helps.

Hey,

Thought I would shed some light on this.. He indeed seems to be in the middle of moving from what he's told me and having a rough time at that. Apparently mostly with cable access and getting the materials printed and stuff.. I would think everything would be on local storage by now but maybe he can't access the orders themselves. Anyway, I placed my order on 10/4/14 and still have not received it but I've been communicating with him, most recently two days ago, and it seems he's very close to getting back up and running. He's been taking several days to respond so probably very busy. I'm a very patient guy but if it goes over 30 days I may just cancel my order and purchase somewhere else just for the simple fact that I can't wait any longer to take apart my new 442, but I wouldn't do anything hasty with a claim just yet if you can wait a few days, he seems to really have his hands full.

Btw I had no luck calling him at all, only got email responses..

Thanks for the reply Carlin. That info is most useful. I'm usually a patient guy except when someone doesn't communicate back. I did try to e-mail him and he got back to me. You are right on the money! He's been having problems getting his cable internet hooked up.

For those that are also waiting for orders from Always Jukin'. Please be patient. Richard will be back in business soon and sending orders out again. A little communication goes along way... And patience too!

Guys,
I just heard from Richard, he's extremely frustrated. MOST of his ability to communicate/print is down--thanks to Comcast's screw-ups. He hopes to have it all back Monday (that's what they "promised", this time !) Just in case, one or more of you have never dealt with them ( and in this case, they have the "only contract", like they do here, at my house)--one might as well "talk to a wall", as you get to do nothing but get stuck in computerized, voice mail hell, for hours--then, IF, when, you finally get a "live" voice on the phone, either you can't hear what they are saying, or they don't understand English! I know this from many hours of first hand experience  with them --Ron Rich
