SMC1 carriage mirror

I'm looking for the mirror that mounts behind the carriage on the SMC1 mech. If anyone has one please let me know.

I have it--not for sale--and it's not glass--it's a piece of stainless steel.
Do you have the other part, that is required to "go along with it" ?
If so, I would be willing to loan you this to copy--contact me off list--
