Got this sears Silvertone model 7056 and it was missing the tone arm rest. I'm restoring it and have no idea what it looks like or is made out of.
Can't find a good pic of this unit online. Does anyone have one they could take photos and measurements of so I can recreate one or even better... Sell me one or one from a similar model that would work?

Did find several images on bing but none showing the tone rest.
Ill just make something that functions regardless of originality.
I need something to keep the needle from getting damaged.

Most tonearm rests from that era were just straight posts. I once made one from a 1.75 inch 10-32 screw with the head uppermost. Two nuts with lock washers were used to hold it to the plinth. You could use this to protect the stylus until you get the right part.

Occasionally some form of tonearm lock was supplied.
