NSM Satellite 200 Error 07 Problem

Hello,
A Friend of mine have this Jukebox, after Transportation the play Motor doesn´t turn, and the Display Shows "error 07".
What does that mean ?, i cant find a service Manual for this Jukebox.(there are only expensive commercial ones)
As an electronic technician i´ve checked several things like fuses, connections, and some elements like diodes and transistors on the small board mounted below the "play unit", but this parts seems ok to me, but i cant test the play motors supply voltage(42V ?), the connector it is not reachable when the unit is mounted, to check this this i must solder a wire on it.
Can anyone help me ?, i´m not familar with jukebox Technology.
