Name es3 satellite mech problem

I have a satellite with an es3 player mech and when the small are lifts the record from the back, it doesn't seat properly. It used to work but I think I messed with it...how do you adjust the arm that lifts the record

Adjustments I'm quite sure, are covered in the service manual.

I have ES 2 system and the mechanicals are similar. the manual gives picture breakdowns read the section "unclamping and record return" at least the English version. my manual shows the tone arm carrier and the cam that carries it back an forth for a to b side. You must make sure that everything is lubricated well. NSM used some awful stuff that was like tar, and had to be cleaned out with lacquer thinner and a que-tip.
watch as the tone arm completes its travel and trips the reject switch. it may be a matter of removing the carriage all together and manually turning the mech motor and watching what it does. for reference my manual has figure 8 on page 35 and figure 15 on page 39. hope this helps. Mark
