Wurlitzer 2310 slection problem.

Hello all, I have a Wurlitzer 2310 that will not make a selection from the keyboard. When a selection is made, the rotating plate turns--stops but the letter solenoid does not activate as it should. There is a 3W1 wallbox attached to this juke and when a selection is made from the wallbox the selector works perfect selecting the correct record and playing it. Just cant get it to make a selection from the keyboard. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help you can give. Norman

Hi Norman,
I would GUESS, that a NC contact, or two, in the stepper, is not closed. If you have ( or can make), the "jumper plug" that is required to be used when a stepper is not used, try inserting it into the jack, and making a selection. If the problem is in the stepper, you will now get a selection. If you still do not get a selection--I would assume you have an open somewhere, in the keyboard. Ron Rich
