nsm problem

by dant-40 » Sat Jun 24, 2006 6:04 pm

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help me with the problem I have with my nsm prestige jukebox. When playing a record the carriage will move along, pick up the record and play it for about a second, the carriage then puts the record back and moves back to its rest position.Someone told me that the bottom black motor on the carriage should stop turning to play the record, which it doesn't.I have had the carriage, the pcb and the microprocessor checked and all are ok. I would be very grateful for any help given.
Thanks, Dan

I also have an NSM prestige, and have found it to be a problem jukebox, because it always breaks and they are difficult to repair to put it mildly. If you find some good info., please post it!
