Wurlitzer 2150 hanging on selections

Hi All,
I have a problem with a Wurlitzer 2150 Jukebox of around 1957 I think
The fault is that the buttons and hence the number and letter solenoids stay energized for too long before release(around 2 or 3 seconds)and I was told that sometimes for longer- the correct selections are made and everything else is in order.
Upon first inspection the fuse on the stepper box ( 8/10 amp) had blown and I'm guessing this was related.
I have checked all of the button bank contacts and play rack contacts and the relays in the junction box.
Do you think this is a Capacitor problem? I notice there are afew in the junction box that all look original and according to the wiring diagram some seem to be in curcuit with the relays
Your help and any ideas would be great
Lol
