Rock Ola 445 - Sound trouble

by Jukes » Tue Feb 12, 2013 5:30 pm

Hi,
I Have a 1971 Rock Ola 445. One issue with my Juke is that I'm not getting any sound from the left speakers. When I turn the balance left all I get is a very faint volume. I switched the speakers to the right to test them and they work. How can I get sound on the left speakers.
Thanks

Swap inputs--still the same side dead--internal amp problems--other side dead--cartridge problems. Ron Rich

Just took the left leed and plugged it to the right and no sound. In saying that I forgot to mention that the bottom left has sound.

That would indicate a problem after the amp--speaker wires, speaker itself ?

Thanks. I will try and chase the speaker wires.
