Hello everyone,
I am presently working on a SAM1 amplifier off a Seeburg S-100 and have encountered an issue with a dual selenium rectifier CR5105 (Seeburg part number 309440) and need to replace it but have not been able to locate any information on this part. In this particular amp although it is a dual-diode only one side is being used (the other side is Not connected)...Can anyone please help?

Kind regards,
Tonily

Use two "signal diodes" in series for each side of that dual diode. In this case, you only need two diodes--if both sides were being used, you would need four---

Thanks Ron, I am glad I checked in, I was about to install a general purpose 1N4001....Any suggestions on which signal diodes to use?

I usually use 1N914's or eq.--IN4001's will work--just don't fit as well --
