Good FREE title strip software for AMI ROWE CD Jukeboxes?

I'm wondering if anyone might know of a place to obtain FREE software to create title cards for the AMI ROWE jukeboxes? I found a few online that are templates only, but it'd be nice to include the album art without taking apart my CD cases. Do you guys know of anything other than the $60 one found online by this company? http://www.lowprofilesoftware.com/products/jukecd
