Hi Guys,
I'm really hoping this isn't really bad.
I have an NSM Prestige ES160 jukebox (it was working fine before we moved it) that my Dad and I moved between our houses today and we definitely didn't do it right. The carriage slipped out when we were moving it and we didn't check it before I plugged it in. The power came on and the carriage tried to reset but only 1 of the two from wheels was on the rail so it was just spinning in place. After I put it back in, the keyboard display just says "Err 1." I cannot select anything and the scan button just moves the carriage back and forth and it will not pick up anything.
Is there a quick fix for this problem? Is there a way to reset the jukebox? I'm having a hard time finding anything on what the error codes mean.
My dad was really upset/sad that we didn't do more research on how to move it. I've been telling him that it'll be fine. Are we screwed?
We are pretty good with electronics so if we need to work on the boards we can do that. But i'm hoping there's a quick fix.
Thanks,
James
