Magnavox Stereophonic Console

I have a Magnavox console that was left in the basement when we moved into our home 2 years ago. Being the extreme novices that we are I've come to the experts for answers. The labels on it called it Stereophonic High Fidelity, the record player says it's a Micromatic. The best I can tell it is a 1958 to maybe sometime in the early to mid-60's. Everything works, though we havn't put an LP an it the needle does seem to be fine. We would really like to know the year and approximate value as well if there is a market or demand out for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I didn't have much luck with my photos, I couldn't get them small enough. I can try again if they are needed, but you will have to give me an email address to send them to.

That record changer was sold between late 1961 and 1964.

Do you know what the value of this unit would be? Thanks for the year.

The real problem here is expecting a 40+ yr old piece of electronic equipment to work flawlessly in the New Millenium without having any service done to it.

Anyone ever drive a 50'/60's car that sat in a garage for decades and deteriorated?

I've seen this scenario many times.
