Seeburg Bandshell, how to get the top glasses out ?

Hey, long time but I'm back on working on my Bandshell again.

I fixed the front-glass. Some previous owner had been messing around with glue and in the process destroyed the top 2 bands of color. I fixed this using transparant colored self-adhesive vinyl I ordered from Germany. Colors not 100% but looking great.

Anyway, the left glass (where the selection is shown) has it's purple band damaged so I want to restore that as well but how do I remove those glasses the easiest way ?

Which screws/parts do I need to loosen ?

Thanks !

"The easiest way", you ask --OK you asked--Dy-no-mite !
Just keep UN screwin--watch out for that "white (nylon) Plastic"--it's most likely VERY brittle by now. NOTE screw lengths--put the same size back ONLY !!

Not the answer I wanted to hear :)

Am I correct that I need to remove the entire metal "speaker" plate that carries the amp etc ?

They didn't really think these glasses ever would need to be replaced obviously...:(

I have "done it"--but it's been so long ago,and I think I only did it a couple of times--that I really do not recall what I had to do--I do remember that it was a PIA , on the USC-1--not as bad on the USC-2's--(Also what you did not "wanna hear", I'm sure ! ) Lotza Luck ( BTW--someone "repro'd" that glass, in plastic--great job, and the colors seem to hang in longer--someone in NYC, if I recall right).
