Hi Clones,
I have never done it on a RockOla, but have done so several times on other brands--since all purchased the slide type switches from Guardian, they are all very similar. Which section, the moving, or stationary, are you missing ?

Hi
on the number nine key, I am missing a leaf from the sliding one and the stationary one. I read in Always Junkin that the series circuit on the wafer could be jumpered together and this was a way around bad contacts in the keyboard, you would lose the anti cheating mode but would be suitable for home use, the series circuit is described as the row of terminals with nothing connected to it

Hi Clones,
I would tend to agree that a jumper is the way to go, in a home used phonograph. One thing I would "check" is the other switches on that bank, at least- be sure that none of the slides, or rivets are loose. If loose, they can be secured with a dab of epoxy, before they are broken, beyond use.
