Wanted Base for columbia Grafonola D-2 type

Hello I am looking for the Base for my D-2 Type tonearm & elbow . This has the wings I guess you can call them that not sure what else to call them :roll:
below is a picture of the cabnit. I am also looking for the bottom door in tiger oak but that maybe trying to search for too much.
I hope someone may have something :D
