Just wondering if anyone knows the brand and model of this electric pick-up. The only marking on it, is a "C" in a circle on the top surface down near the front. Columbia??

I wish I could see the logo better.
Several companies have used a circle with a C inside.

I was able to blow up the logo from the image, and it looks like the copyright symbol. No US manufacturer could use that after it became a government symbol.
However, the two little marks above and below the C make it look like the old GC (Callectro) logo. If so, it was a replacement tonearm sold by radio supply stores.
It could also be from a country adhering to the Berne Copyright Convention. Those countries are not allowed to require copyright notice.

That type of cartridge places the arm in the late 1930s, 1940s, or early 1950s.

Well I found out what it is. It was made by Cosmocord Ltd, Enfield, Middlesex England. I saw one on ebay which had the same cartridge that had a paper label still attached.
