Rca EY-2 Idler

by wingnut049 » Sun Jan 25, 2015 8:49 pm

I just bought the above mentioned idler. It's identical to the one Willie Boscoe used to make, brass with 2 siicone rings. I installed it and the changer still stalls with one record on it. Any ideas?

Those brass idler/o-rings are for crap.
Using a rebuilt idler and rebuilt cycle cam and doing a proper overhaul always works.
The Internet is a marvelous thing, however it's not a good substitute for actually being there.
