Hello I am new owner of a record cabinet, it is a Magnavox I am unsure of the year and model but I am having issues with the tonearm. When I initially got the cabinet it worked fine though the sound what cut would fade in and out which I assumed was because I needed a new needle however the next day when I tried to play it the tonearm refused to move and the record would not fall down in the traditional fashion. I am not sure of the cause but I would be grateful for help.
