Seeburg Disco-Theque problem, please help...

My father bought this Seeburg about 10 years ago. It played GREAT for years, but before I joined the military (3 years ago), it started to skip a few songs. It would pick the record up, play for like a second, and then eject the record. It didn't do it that much, though. However, I am now back home on leave, and I was yearning to play this juke, and now all it does it eject records!

It will scan to the selected record, pick it up, play for a second, and then eject. It does this for EVERY record. When I first got back two days ago, it would instantly eject a record, without even started to play. I lubricated and cleaned the contacts, and now it plays the records for like a half second, then ejects.

I have the service manual, but there is no troubleshooting section. I heard Ron Rich is the expert to seek out, so here I am. I am not savvy on jukeboxes, so I probably won't understand any technical terms. However, if this is something that I could attempt to fix with the help of my father, please let me know. I am in dire need of listening to the Stones the way they were meant to be listened to.

Find the model number of that Phono (on the tag on rear outside of cabinet--as Seeburg mad at least 7 different "Disco" models)--
