Penncrest Model No 5139

Hi, I am new to this forum.

I have scoured the internet for nearly a month now and I've been able to find little to nothing about a phonograph that I received as a gift. Here's all that I know about it:

JC Penny
Penncrest
Model No 5139
Dark Oak
Code No 2.01212

Transistor Phonograph with Solid State 8 track

I have a feeling there's not much online about it because it's not a "sought" after unit. Thanks for any extra info anyone out there can give me! :)

Penncrest = J.C. Penny store brand. = cheap stuff.
The Internet is a marvelous thing, however it's not a good substitute for actually being there.
