NYC area gramo/phono supply?

by Phonophan79 » Tue Mar 06, 2007 8:21 pm

Greetings all -

Does anyone know of a NJ/NY/NYC area gramophone / phonograph store? ie: buy/sell, supplies, needles, records, etc?

I know online is probably my best answer... but I just wanted to see if there was something in person. Thanks!

It's been my experience that garage sales, secondhand stores, used furniture stores, and pawnshops are the best sources.

Antique Phono Supply Co.

The Antique Phonograph Supply Company is the only one in the NY area I've had personal experience with. They stock most parts -- needles, diaphragms, gaskets, springs, motor parts, cabinet refinishing supplies, etc.
