Is this the first 45 in the RCA Custom Made line?

I came across what I think is a unique find a few weeks ago at an estate sale. It's an RCA Custom Made Record made for in-store use with the Crosley Shelvador Refrigerator. It's catalog number is D9-CX-200, and I can't find any other recording with a lower number than 200. It's the same on both sides and only runs about 1 minute and a half. It was produced by Benton and Bowles, and is dated June 1949. Thanks for any info you might have!

Tom,
Believe it or not, the museum where I volunteer (
www.vrcmct.org) has a Crosley Shelvador refrigerator on display. It's the rare one with the built in radio mounted in the front. Any chance you could make a copy of your record and send/email to us? It would be a hoot to have some advertising material to go with the fridge. PM me for the details if willing.
Thanks.
-Mark.

Good morning! As a matter of fact, I did digitize the record before I got rid of it. I don't have a photo or scan of the actual record, but if you'll give me an email, I'll send you the mp3 of the record...it's pretty awesome!
