ROCKOLA 1422 - Base for Tone Arm Micro Switch PH-3543

Someone has modified (hacked up) the metal base this switch is mounted on making it impossible for the switch to be mounted to the base. I will buy the base or the base, the switch and associated parts or just the base that the switch is mounted to. These parts are probably the same on a 1426 and 1428 but I do not have a parts listing for them. Associated parts are: PH 6195 Micro Switch Pivot Lever, PH 7295A Micro Switch Lever Assembly, PH 3543 Tone Arm Micro Switch (Normally Closed). I can provide a picture if that helps. Thanks!

FYI--1422-26 mech parts, other then, maybe color, are all the same--
