The best way to do this cheap is to carfully remove the needle tip so the tiny arm has a flat surface then get a new needle of some kind and cut the end off with the needle in it and superglue it to the above . I've done it several times .

Thanks but i sence you are not being 'polite' . If you know what you are doing here you can save 100 to 150$ and get the same results .

There are (as I understand it) still companies out there that will "re-tip" needles. I had one such company do a lot of them in the past for me, very successfully. Unfortunately, the owner of this company passed away--and so did the company with him--
I do not think one could "add shank" and needle, to the Seeburg T style needles, without compromising performance--but that's just my humble opinion--which has been known to be wrong--! Ron Rich

Expert Stylus Company in England does excellent retips. And knows Stanton and Pickering products very well. Their retips will meet or exceed original spec.
