ROWE MM2 SELECTION PROBLEM

I have to press and hold both the Alpha & Number buttons for a record to be selected. What is preventing each of the buttons to latch?

Check to see if you hear the latch solenoid snap when you first turn on the jukebox or add coins. If not, the solenoid could be bad or the latch relay has dirty contacts.
