AMI 200 turntable too slow

My wife's AMI 200 jukebox is experiencing problems: since a few months the turntable is starting to go a bit slower. It starts very slow, but then when it has gained speed, it's still a little too slow. Does anyone know if there is some switch or screw inside the jukebox I can adjust to speed up the turntable?

The motor and bearings probably need to be cleaned and lubed.
Check the following:
- Turntable center bearing (clean and lube with #30 oil)
- Motor bearings (clean and lube with #30 oil, drive surfaces must be free of oil)
- Drive assembly pivots (one drop of #30 oil on each pivot, clean if gunked)
- Drive idler or belt (ond drop of #30 oil on idler shaft, rubber surfaces must be free of oil)
- Drive surface on turntable (must be free of oil)
If the idler wheel is hardened, use some Caig CaiKleen RBR to soften up the rubber again.

Common problem, easy fix. The motor is mounted in 3 rubber grommets to reduce vibration. As they age, the grommets compress, allowing the motor to drop down. Lift the turntable off the mech, exposing the drive wheel beneath. You'll see 3 grommets with "E" rings on top. CAREFULLY remove 1 e ring at a time, push up on the motor to raise it, slip a 1/4" flat washer on the shaft, then replace the e ring. The motor will now be back in proper position.

Thanks record-changer and johntrav for your suggestions. I will try them out and see if it helps! Thanks! Sry btw that it took so long for me too reply... have been very very busy lately
We did oil it recently btw, but maybe we skipped the points you mentioned. What is #30 oil BTW? I'm from Holland, maybe it's called different here but maybe you have more "details" about the type of oil?

#30 oil is machine oil, used for bicycles and other non-automotive machinery. The weight is a US unit.
