Columbia "Favorite"

Hello, I am new to this forum, as I have recently acquired a very complete and intact Columbia Grafonola "Favorite." This is a three-spring model, and I'm trying to determine an approximate year of production for this thing, and here's what I've found;

1) This has two horizontal slats for volume control, so it's no older than 1912,
2) All four needle cups are located on the top-left corner, I see some units have the disposal cup towards the right-hand side of the machine
3) The newest patent date on the label underneath is mid-1912.
4) This unit has a lid-stay release button.

I've attached photos...
